1. Input Power:

5. Static Bypass Switch:

6. Output Power:

The output power is the electrical energy delivered by the UPS system to the connected load.  It is either supplied by the inverter during a power outage or directly from the utility power during normal conditions.


7. Control and Monitoring System:

This system includes sensors, monitors, and controllers that continuously assess the status of the input power, battery condition, and the overall UPS performance.  It ensures that the UPS responds appropriately to changes in power conditions.


8. Cooling System:

Some UPS systems incorporate a cooling system to regulate the temperature of the components and maintain optimal operating conditions.


9. Communication Interface:

Many modern UPS systems are equipped with communication interfaces such as USB, Ethernet, or SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) to allow for remote monitoring, management, and integration with other systems.


10. Load:

The load is the equipment or devices connected to the UPS system.  This can include servers, computers, networking equipment, and other critical devices that need continuous power.
